About the role:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing Team. This role is responsible for all our digital touchpoints across Shopify & Amazon. This role is for someone who is comfortable both on the tools and managing the off-site tech team for more complex coding tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone to own these channels and make a difference.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Efficient management and optimisation of our Shopify Plus AU, US and UK websites & Amazon marketplace across product and sale launches, website content and visual merchandising to increase conversion rate and AOV through testing and data-led insights.
  • Maintain product ranges online and work with the production team to ensure products are launched in full and on time.
  • Deliver key insights from our online platforms to the wider business to assist the various departments in regards to buying behaviour, consumer feedback as well as market trends.
  • Support the development of SEO and SEM campaigns by optimising copy and data
  • Support cross-channel promotions and campaigns with correct set-up and website content
  • Formulate UI/UX design improvements and lead implementation with tech team
  • Set up and utilise A/B testing to continually optimize the online experience

You will have:

  • Excellent Project management skills that allow you to manage and deliver multiple projects to multiple deadlines
  • Analytical understanding of tracking, optimisation and reporting on digital campaigns and website activity
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour
  • Analytical insight and strategy skills that translate into actionable recommendations
  • Flexible and resilient 'can do' attitude that allows you to thrive in a startup environment
