What you will be doing:
- Collaborate with product development, logistics & marketing teams to continuously improve the product and the customer experience.
- Leadership: This includes hiring for the customer success team and monitoring the performance of the CS team, using metrics and data analysis to identify areas for improvement and ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on customer service operations & faults, including metrics, trends, and performance analysis.
Who you are:
- You are comfortable using online communication and CRM platforms such as Gorgias, Monday, etc.
- You have a passion to help customers learn, and compassion for the ones who feel lost, confused, or frustrated.
- You are organised and love implementing procedures and systems to optimise effiency in the CS team
