We're so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. Please complete this form below so we can resolve this for you.

We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation which may include replacing the item if the stock is available or giving you a refund upon receiving your faulty item back. We have a two year warranty for Subpod Classic & Subpod Mini. All other items apart from clothing is covered by a12 Month Warranty period. Please note this excludes fair wear and tear.
